out to new members. Current members who request it, may obtain
a supplement with changes that fit into the old format Rule Book
cover.

Page M2 – Section C American Saddlebred Three Gaited Country
Pleasure Division
Delete all reference to “Three Gaited” in classes 1 through 6.
In Classes 1 & 5, add “Horses shall be required to back readily in
the line.
In Class 3, In second sentence “Horses are required to stop and back
on the rail.” Delete “and back”.
Page C1 – Rules and Regulations Governing Shows …
Reference to United States Equestrian Federation should be deleted
and replaced by New England Horsemen’s Council and reference to the
appropriate breed organization where required.
Page A6 – List of Past Presidents
Helen Fenton should be marked as deceased. Correct spelling of
Christi Balch’s name

gait both ways of the ring and will be asked to reverse at the walk.

show and trail season. Renewal forms for the 2019 season
were mailed out with the year end award standings and the Annual
Banquet of Champions notice. If you didn’t receive a
renewal form you can use the form on this website.
